Role Expectations:
As a Product Manager within the HR Product & Analytics team
- End-to-End HR Functionality Ownership: Responsible for managing one or more comprehensive HR functional areas (e.g., performance management, compensation, learning, employee experience), guiding the progression from isolated systems to connected intelligent systems.
- Process Maturity Roadmaps: Develop process maturity roadmaps for designated functional areas, aiming to eliminate operational/manual overhead in HR processes by leveraging technology for enhanced efficiency and user experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely and empathetically with stakeholders, including employees, managers, leaders, and the HR team. Dive deep into understanding their pain points and evolve processes and technology solutions in partnership.
- Process and User Journey Mapping: Map out processes and user journeys for assigned areas, simplify problem statements, and bring structure and clarity to design system solutions, emphasizing thinking from first principles.
- Systems Thinking: Apply strong systems thinking to understand the impact of process/technology decisions, considering trade-offs for optimal outcomes. Ensure holistic coverage, including edge cases and future possibilities.
- Innovation Awareness: Stay informed about the latest innovations in the Employee Experience and Customer Experience domain. Link perspectives to current pain points and conceptualize use cases/charters for the team.
- Hands-On Approach: Demonstrate a hands-on approach, exhibit curiosity, and develop a working knowledge of various HR systems, specifically in direct ownership areas. Understand key workflows, configurations, and data models.
- Project/Program Management: Exhibit strong project/program management skills, defining requirements and scopes, driving execution through teams, and implementing agile methodologies for effective execution. Collaborate with internal technical teams, operations, and external partners.
- Continuous Improvement: Continually measure the success of solutions based on stakeholder feedback and quantitative metrics. Iterate on solutions, striving for customer delight in ongoing improvements.

- Attention to Detail: Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, exhibits curiosity to delve deeper into problems, and is conscientious in approach.
- High Analytical Ability: Possesses a strong analytical ability, adept at swift data reporting and analysis.
- HR Systems Knowledge: Has a working knowledge of HR systems, including familiarity with HR product-market dynamics, encompassing both core HRIS and niche products.
- Fundamentals of HR: Understands the fundamentals of HR processes, and organizational development (OD), and embraces design thinking principles.
- Effective Communication: Exhibits excellent communication skills, facilitating proactive engagement with stakeholders.
- Multitasking Skills: Demonstrates the ability to multitask efficiently, handling a diverse range of platforms and problems with ease.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in roles such as Product Management or Implementation in HR Tech companies like Darwinbox, Rippling, or in areas like Employee Experience, HR Transformation, or HR COE in product-oriented companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, etc.
- Educational Background: Tier 1 MBA and Engineering background preferred. HR MBA is a plus, and some prior IT/tech work experience is advantageous.
