Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources professional to join our Indore office as a Manager or Senior Manager – HR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving key HR initiatives, managing end-to-end HR operations, and supporting business objectives through effective people strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR operations and ensure smooth execution of core HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
Act as a strategic partner to business units by aligning HR practices with organisational goals.
Drive talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
Implement and manage employee development programs, including training and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to management on HR matters.
Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Foster a positive workplace culture and champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven track record in HR business partnering and talent management.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, practices, and standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
