• Essential Qualifications:
  1. Full-time regular Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) with a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Desirable Qualification:
  1. LLM degree (full-time or part-time) is desirable.
  2. BE/BTech, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or naval architecture.

Essential Work Experience:

1. Minimum 04 years of relevant work experience in Legal matters for Deputy Manager.
2. Minimum 01 year of relevant work experience in Legal matters for Assistant Manager.
3. Experience should be in a medium/large non-banking Central PSU, solicitors firms, law firms, etc.
4. Experience in litigation and arbitration is essential.

Desirable Experience:

1. Knowledge of drafting contracts and other legal documents.
2. Handling tender issues, arbitration, and civil, criminal & labor matters.
3. Excellent drafting and communication skills.
