Job Position- Zonal HR

Location - Hyderabad / Vijayawada 

Experience - 12-15Years 


Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently recruit and hire talent within budget and timeline constraints using a diverse range of sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate and conduct graduate trainee drives according to project needs.
  • Analyze manpower needs, budgeting, and workforce planning to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Oversee thorough onboarding processes, ensuring 100% documentation completion and SAP system updates.
  • Adhere to governance policies related to confirmation, transfers, attendance, and final settlements, maintaining quality procedures and timelines.
  • Implement performance appraisal processes in accordance with policies and timelines.
  • Administer quarterly incentive programs as per policy and timelines, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Complete compliance modules within set timelines and quality standards.
  • Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives as per monthly plans, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Initiate and develop Kaizens for continuous process improvements in HR functions.
  • Implement sustainability activities and CSR initiatives as per organizational guidelines and calendar.
  • Manage strong relationships with key stakeholders like Team Managers, Assistant Managers, and Branch Managers.
  • Identify training gaps, coordinate with Training Management Systems (TMS), and ensure employees receive adequate training.
  • Generate reports on HR activities using various Management Information Systems (MIS) as per HQ requirements.
