Compensation and Benefits
The monthly remuneration for selected candidates under the age of 60 will be ₹32,950, while those aged 60 and above will receive ₹30,000. In addition to the base salary, additional benefits and allowances will be provided as per the role's requirements and regulations.
Contract Tenure and Termination
The initial contract period for this role will be 3 years for candidates under 60 and 1 year for those aged 60 or above. This tenure may be extended based on performance and organizational needs. Both parties retain the right to terminate the contract by providing a notice period of 1-3 months or equivalent compensation.Selection Process
