Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Minimum graduation in any field required.
Work Experience: 0 months to 4 years (Preferably in Sales )
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire new retail outlets in the assigned territory, with a focus on expanding the footprint in the allotted area.
- Achieve targets for core and non-core products as communicated and agreed upon with management.
- Core products: Number of POS machines installed, current accounts opened, and loans disbursed.
- Non-core products: Cross-sell other banking products such as insurance, investment-related products, locker services, etc.
- Assist in managing service relationships with clients by coordinating with back-end service teams to address client concerns promptly.
